About OSP

We believe that everyone is an athlete and has the desire to become their best. The mission at OSP is to tap into the potential of every athlete through age appropriate weight, speed, agility, power, endurance, core strength, coordination development, and calisthenics training. Our approach in training is a positive, safe, and disciplined environment where we challenge each athlete to push his or her limits every time they enter the gym. Through our style of training, our athletes will become physically and mentally strong which will sharpen their skills in every aspect of their lives.
